In a bowl mash the potatoes 🥔 & add all the ingredients except oil correct the seasoning & make lemon 🍋 size ball
Heat oil in a pan dip the kofta ball in Besan & fry on medium heat till golden color & serve with chutney
In Jodhpur people like to eat with bread 🍞 - 2
If you are health conscious you can make in Appa pan
