Steamed Bread Using Pancake Mix (for Infants)

I didn't have anything to feed my little one who was so hungry! So I whipped this up with ingredients I had on hand.
When weaning your baby, introduce 1 new ingredient at a time, and start by offering just 1 teaspoon of a certain ingredient a day! You could combine infant formula and milk and add it to the batter. The batter might become runny, according to the filling being chosen. In this case, add about 1 teaspoon of pancake mix to the batter. If you over-cook the breads, it might form bubbles, but it's not something you have to worry too much about. For four no.6 baking cups (40 mm wide, 25 mm high). Recipe by Amikaze mama

Plain Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix Plain Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix
Here's my take on making steamed bread, which is super popular nowadays. Try this recipe if you're too troubled to bring out the steamer, since you can also prepare some easily in a frying pan.To prevent the hot water splashing onto the bread, be extra careful with the amount of water you use. Also take care when you're removing it from the pan. You can prevent the hot water from dripping if you double the liners (or place muffin cups inside), in which case you'd only need to lift out the cups inside. Basic Steamed Bread in the Frying Pan with Pancake Mix Basic Steamed Bread in the Frying Pan with Pancake Mix
I based this recipe on the way you cook the traditional Japanese snack, "Gantsuki". This steamed bread is delicious, fluffy, and moist the next day too ♪ Their mild flavour makes them a great snack for kids.Just be careful of the condensation in the steamer! It will make fluffy bread go gooey so be careful when you put the lid on. If you use a domed lid the condensation will run to the edges and stay away from the bread. ※ Even though this bread contains vinegar, it won't taste sour. Recipe by kebeibiko cookpad.japan -

Chewy Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix & Bread Flour Chewy Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix & Bread Flour
I really wanted to eat some chewy steamed bread but when I tried to make it with shiratamako, it just wouldn't mix.I should use it for dango instead, so I tried with bread flour and it went quite well.・Pancake mix is a little sweet, whereas rice flour is not, so it needs a bit more sugar than the recipes that use 100% pancake mix.・These have a really light taste so they go well with jam or something similar.
