Dal stuffed paratha

#JS paratha is the best thing in our meal. There are so many types of paratha in Indian cooking. Here I tried to cook 'dal wala stuffed paratha' usually we mix leftover dal & flour with so many spices, but here I used fresh dal for stuff in paratha. Yummy, tasty so can't ignore this recipe.

Dal soaked for 1 hour. Now boil it in a pan till soft. Add some salt in water. Now strain it & throw out extra water.

Now in a pan add oil roast jeera & hing. Now add dal,chopped veges & dry spices in the pan.

Roast all ingredients for 3 to 4 min. Mash it little with the help of spectula. Keep it for cool.

Khned the dough soft add some oil. Pre heat the tva. Take a ball of dough roll it thick round shape.

Apply some oil on the surface with brush. Take ready material, put it on the middle of flat bread. Fold it & again make it smooth peda.

Now use rolling pin & flat it in midume size. Now put on the pan. When one side cook, apply some drops of oil on it & turn it.

When both sides cooked proper, transfer it on a plate. Serve it with curd & green chutney.

Stuffing make it so yummy & mouthwatering. We can store it for long journey or picnic party.
