First need a soft dough of two bowl vheat flour, one spoon besan, ajwain,hing,and salt,oil and water as per.After kneeding keep aside for ten minutes.

Then take a bowl pour one bowl any besan namkeen and mozerella cheese and one spoon sejwan sauce,mix every thing nicely.

Then divide the dough in six equal parts. Take one and spread it.Then fill two spoon besan, chees mixture and close it and roll it like a paratha.

Then heat the pan and spread butter and roast it.Roast both the side of paratha in golden brown in colour.

Then make all and serve it hot with chutney,sauce or with hot tea
