  • 1 Bowlchopped methi bhaji
  • 1 Bowlchopped coriander bhaji
  • 2finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 piecegrated ginger
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric
  • 1 teaspoonchilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonpepper powder
  • 1 teaspoonasafoetida
  • 1 teaspoonhalf-dried coriander
  • 1 teaspoonoil
  • 1 teaspoonEno
  • Salt to taste
  • 🌌 oil for frying

    Sift the flour and add the bhaji and ginger chillies

    Then put all the spices and oil in it and blend the dough.

    Now when the oil is hot, put the vada on medium flame.

    In this way, our phulvadas are prepared which have become very soft and it is very fun to eat the phulvadas during the rainy season.
    So now serve it with dates sour chutney,green chutney tomato sauce fried chillies.
