  1. 500 gramsBeef mince
  2. 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  3. 1Egg yolk
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1 tspBlack pepper
  6. 1 tspWhite pepper
  7. 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  8. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  9. 2 tbspFresh coriander chopped
  10. 1 tbspChilli garlic sauce
  11. Burger buns
  12. Tomato
  13. Cucumber
  14. Onion
  15. Mayonnaise to spread
  16. leavesLettuce

    BEEF BURGER PATTY:

    In a bowl, add beef mince, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk, salt, black pepper, white pepper, red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander chopped, chilli garlic sauce.

    Mix well and make patty with gentle hands. Make desired size patty.

    Refrigerate beef patties for 30 minutes.

    Fry the beef patty on medium flame.

    ASSEMBLING BURGER:

    On buns spread mayonnaise on each side, place fried beef patties, onion, tomato, cucumber, lettuce leaf and top bun.
