Pork and Cheese Piccata

I wanted to make a substantial looking main dish by stacking up thinly sliced pork.
The point is to dip the cutlet in beaten egg twice. This way, the surface turns bright yellow, and it will cook through properly too. For 2 servings (for bento). Recipe by Hikosky

Easy and Delicious, Tender Pork Piccata Easy and Delicious, Tender Pork Piccata
My kids were watching a cooking program on TV and started shouting that they wanted pork piccata. So I tried making it, and it was surprisingly easy and looked great too. Above all else, the meat is very juicy cooked this way. It's also delicious when cold, so good in bentos...Be sure to put plenty of egg mixture on the pork. This goes smoothly if you poke each piece of pork with a long toothpick and use it to dip the pork into the egg mixture. For 4 servings. Recipe by rey* cookpad.japan -

My boyfriend loves capers and lemon so I always try to find s solid recipe staple. Note to self- originally I subbed caper juice for the chicken broth which was wayyy too intense. I also made a side of zucchini and sautéed spinach for myself to reduce my carb portion. It went very nicely! Erin DeLizzio -

Cheesy Chicken Tenderloin Piccata Cheesy Chicken Tenderloin Piccata
I used to eat this dish a lot in my parents’ house. If the chicken is thick, it may take longer to cook. Pan-fry over low heat for a long time. Sprinkle some parsley flakes in the beaten eggs to add colors to the dish. It freezes well both before or after frying, but I usually freeze it after pan-frying. Paprika powder can be substituted with curry powder. Recipe by rie1029 cookpad.japan
