Snake gourd subji is a tasty and healthy recipe popular in South part India.
Steps

Wash and soak both dals for 4,5 hours, wash the gourd discard the inner seed part and chop it.

Grind the dals with green chilli,red chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves,hing salt, and turmeric powder. Steam t it in idli mould for 12 min.cool it.
- 3
Prepare tadka with oil mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, turmeric powder add chopped gourd fry it and cook it till soft adding salt. Now crumble the dal idlis and add to the gourd combine everything well.

Add coriander and coconut and lemon juice mix it well and snake gourd subji is ready to serve with roti/rice.
