Strain the millet, keep aside.

Take a wok or pan, add 1.5 cup water, add 1/2 tsp salt & oil, boil it. Add millet as soon as water starts boiling.

Cook it until a lil dry. Lower the flame, cook it covered till completely cooked.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Take another pan,, add oil, heat it. In goes Rai, let it splutter.

Add green chilli & curry patta, saute it for 30 sec.

Add onion now, stir fry it until translucent. In goes ginger, saute it until rawness is released.

In goes tomato & salt, mix it well. Add veggies now, mix it well. Stir Fry it for a minute.

Sprinkle garam masala powder, mix it well. In goes cooked millet, mix it well. Stir fry it for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid for a minute.

Open the lid, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
