Ingredients

  1. 100 gramSoaked grinded urad
  2. 1Sliced cutted potatoes 🥔
  3. TbspHing or asafoetida
  4. tspRed pepper 🌶 powder
  5. TbspChaat masala
  6. PinchGaram masala as per taste
  7. Salt 🧂
  8. Cooking oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take soaked grinded urad gram and add red pepper 🌶 powder, hing chaat masala, garam masala (can be skip). Salt 🧂.
    Mix it well.
    Cut potato 🥔 into slices.

    Take a pan add cooking oil till heated add small portion of batter that cover the potato slice put into the hot oil. Deep frying it.

    Enjoy with green corriender chutney or sauce.
