Steps

Wash & Soak rice for 1 hour. In a pan or cooker add oil roast jeera, clove & cardamom. When it cracked add veggies.

Roast all things for 2 yo 3 min. Now add dry spices, mix it proper. Check the carrot & peas to cook proper. At that time, add puree also.

All ingredients mix together add 1 glass of water in it. (Paneer shallow fry add some drops oil at first.) When water boiled, add rice without water.

Leave it on mid flame for cook. Check it occasionally. When 80 percent rice cooked, add paneer pieces & coriander leaves.

After 3 min turn off the flame
Cover it with lid & leave for some time. Fresh aroma make it delicious. - 6
Serve it only papad & salad. No curry or curd needed with it. Garnish it with fried cashewnut, it optional.
