You may be wondering what Nargisi Kofta is. This minced chicken and boiled egg curry can be described as “Scotch Eggs,” but what does the word Nargisi means? Turns out that the dish is named after the Nargis flower, also known as the narcissus flower. As you can see in the image below, when you slice open the egg, it resembles the flower!

#Make_Nargisi_Koftas:
Take a chopper and add all ingredients such as mince, green chilli, onion, ginger garlic paste, green coriander, gram flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder,chilli flakes, salt and chopped it well. Keep the mince in a refrigerator 1 hour and then make a koft spread water or oil on your hands and make a equal ball of this mince and place a boiled egg and bind it properly.

Follow this method make all nargisi Koftas and shallow fry until light golden brown and set a side.

#Make_a_Gravy:
#Step_1:
Now take a pot and use same koftas oil and preheat it and then add onion and fry 2 minutes. After that add ginger garlic paste and stir it and then add tomato puree and stir it for 5-6 minutes on medium flame and then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kasmiri chilli powder, chilli flakes and stir it and then add 1/2 cup water and stir it and then cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame with lid. - 4

After that remove the lid and add chopped green chillies, fresh coriander, garam masala powder and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove the lid and stir it and turn off the flame. Your Nargisi Kofta is Ready!
Serve with chappati's, naan or boiled rice. - 5
#Tips:
You can use any type of mince meat in this recipe like lamb, beef, mutton according to your preferences.
You can use fresh 1 large onion (thinly sliced) instead of fried onions.
You can use 2 fresh chopped tomatoes instead of tomato puree
If you do not fry the Koftas separately add straight into to your gravy choice is yours.
If you don't have gram flour use rosted chickpeas grinded and make a fine powder.
