Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 2-4chicken breast (session with salt and pepper)
  2. Fresh broccoli (washed and cut)
  3. 2 Tbspapricot jam or pepper jam
  4. 1 Tbspponzu sauce
  5. 1 TbspSriracha
  6. 1-2garlic cloves minced
  7. 1-2 Tbspbutter
  8. Cooked white rice
  9. Green onions chopped (whites and green tops)

Cooking Instructions

    Roast broccoli (drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper) in oven at 425 degrees for 15-20 min

    While broccoli cooks pan sear chicken in pan with olive oil until cooked through

  3. 3

    When cooked set aside to sit. In same pan add minced garlic, white top onion, jam, ponzu sauce and sriracha and cook until thickened (2 min). Turn heat away and Add butter and stir

  4. 4

    Cut chicken and toss in sauce. Top with green tops onion. Serve over white rice with roasted broccoli
