Break 1egg.Then whisk it with milk little by little.

Then add milk to the pan.When the milk boils,add sugar.Then add the egg mixture little by little and keep stirring.Do this three to four times.When the rabri becomes thick then turn off the gas.

Egg rabri is ready.Decorate the egg rabri with saffron on top.
