Soak the finely chopped jaggery into 2 cups of water. keep it aside for 1 hr.

Now kheer recipe:
in a pan, boil milk and add dryfruits, Elaichi and kesar into it.
let the get mixed and good flavour for kheer.
after boiling, add rice and continously stir slowly for next 1 hour.
No lumps should form in kheer making.
after the kheer gets completely cooked and rice is also well steamed into milk, let it cool for 15-20 mins and add sugar.
stir well that sugar should get mixed properly.
kesar gets mixed and colour is little off white. this shows that kheer is cooked well. - 3
Now lets make pudde:
add flour and saunf into soaked jaggery water and mix well.
whisk and mix well to avoid lumps.
A smooth batter forms and ready to make pudde.
On a hot Non-stick tawa, spread 1 tsp oil.
pudde should be palm size, so spread the batter gently and roast well both the sides.
important- you can add flour and sugar, if you find the batter is thin or tasteless. - 4
Heat the kheer for 5 mins on low flame.
On a dish, place the kheer-pudde as shown in image.
