Steps

First of all wash all the fruits. Cut the dragon fruit and kiwi into small pieces. (White dragon fruit is used here, if you want you can use pink dragon fruit) add pineapple emulsion.

In a mixer jar add the pieces of both the fruits and add sugar syrup and crush it well. Make a smooth paste.

Add ice cubes in a serving glass and fruit paste give a good mix with the help of spoon. (You can use salt and pepper powder as per your taste) Garnish it with slices of dragon fruit or pineapple.
