Steps

First of all in a big pot add mutton,water, one garlic bulb 🧄 peeled and whole garam masala and salt cook the meat until tender for 1 hour

Then separate the meat and yukhni in a bowl

Now in separate pot add oil and sliced onion make it light golden

Then add cooked meat and grinded green chillies paste and grinded garam masala stir it all together cook for 1 minute

Then add rice and 5 cups yakhni for 4 cups of rice you have to add 5 cups of yakhni which we made before

Now put on dum for 10 minutes before putting on dum in a separate frying pan add 2 tbspn butter and 1 tbspn oil and 2 tbspn of sugar saute the carrots and raisin

Add half of the carrots and raisin on dum and rest some for garnishing

Now after 10 minutes simmer open the lid toss all the rice and serve hot sprinkle some remaining raisin and carrots and peeled almonds for garnishing
