Wash and cut karonda into halves.Remove seeds.

Boil karonda and water.Water should cover the karondas. Cook it for 8-9in.or till it becomes soft.Strain it in a thick cloth.Do not squeeze.Let the juice drop on its own.

Measure the juice,mine was 100 ml.So I added 60 grams of sugar in it.Cook it for 7-8 min.Keep on stirring.

Cook it till it becomes a sparkling drop or you can do a plate test.Pour a drop on a plate,it won't flow.

Pour it in a sterilized glass bottle.Your delicious karonda jelly is ready to serve.Enjoy it with bread or paratha !
