They turn out great even without anything, but since we like them even crispier with a spice blend to our taste, we usually make them with flour and breadcrumbs. They turn out so crispy that you won't want to prepare them any other way.

First, clean all the pieces well. Put them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and add the spice mix of your choice, well mixed.

Next, add the milk. This is a fundamental step to achieve the perfect balance between juiciness and crispiness. This way, they come out much more tender and juicy inside. It's important to let them marinate for at least two hours, although ideally, leave them overnight to absorb all the flavor.

Then, coat them in the flour and breadcrumb mixture, both mixed in a container. It's recommended to add some of the spice mix for more flavor.

Now, place them in your air fryer. Cook each batch for about 25 minutes at 365°F (185°C), making sure not to stack them on top of each other. The result is truly spectacular. Enjoy!
