1/4 tspsugar

Slice the pear as shown in image

Put this slice on tava and let it caramelized on slow flam

Flip the pear caramelized from both the side and sprinkle sugar on it
4

Sever caramelized pear you can enjoy it as it is
or decorate it as shown in image and use this to decorat cake muffins custard pudding etc
