Farali cucumber Uttapam and Pumpkin Sambhar

For the uttapa, soak samak rice and sago in buttermilk for 1hr. Add chopped cucumber and salt and blend

Now in a pan heat oil and add enough mixture. Cook on both sides till done.

For sambhar puree or blend the pumpkin, add spices and mixwell. Heat oil,add cumin seeds and curry leaves, cook sambhar till a boil
- 4
Serve hot sambhar with uttapa. You can add coconut chutney as well
