Keep a kadai on stove, let it heat, add little ghee,then add one cup of vermicelli, fry till golden colour. Keep aside.

Cut apple and banana in a small pieces. One apple in length wise.

Take a non stick vessel in medium heat,let it boil maida, custard powder,corn flour,sugar, condensed milk, cardamom powder mix well. It become creamy consistency, transfer to another bowl.

Take a wide squre bowl add fried vermicelli and creamy milk,honey and rose water, essense mix well. Take another tray apply butter,keep ready to transfer the kunafa mix.

Take a butter square baking tray sprinkle some mixed nuts pieces, top of that vermicelli cream mix, another layer apple, banana pieces top of that mixed vermicelli mix and another layer nuts, like that three or more layers and level it with spatula.

Sprinkle apple and banana pieces.

Pour creamy milk on top, again put one layer kunafa mix,nuts and sprinkle cinnamon powder.

Arrange lengthy apples pieces, top of that kunafa mix. Sprinkle, sugar powder,some cinnamon powder and choco chips

Preheat the micriw180 celcius for ten minutes,keep baking tray bake for 30 minutes. Superb kunafa is ready.

Remove from oven. Enjoy tasty Arabic sweet kunafa. It's very rich and superb tasty sweet.
