This is leftover 2 bowls mutter rice cooked as masala rice with added spices and sauces.

In a pan, add oil. heat it and now add finely chopped onion, tomato and singdana. Roast well on medium flame, until it gets golden brown.
Now add salt, chilly powder and gram masala. Mix well.
Add tomato sauce and chopped coriander to complete the masala mixture.
add water and saute well for 5 mins.
now masala mixture for rice is cooked as shown in the image. - 2
Now add those leftover mutter rice and mix well.
Saute for 5- 10 mins.
Now cooked masala rice, place on a dish as shown in image. - 3
Now grate 2 cheeze cubes on masala rice.
Chopp the onion and tomato like single ring slice to decorate the dish. - 4
Finally, decorate the single sliced onion and tomato as shown in the image.
Now serve hot and spicy Masala rice.
