Steps

Soak your rice in hot water for 15 - 20 minute, wash and drain.

In your pot, add oil or coconut oil

Add your diced onions and peppers and fry a bit

Add your washed beef or any protein of choice.

Add your seasoning and little salt and fry for a while until your beef is brownish.

Add your coconut milk

Add your ground crayfish and washed fish

Add your washed and stir for a bit and add water a little above rice level

Cover with foil paper and let it cook on low heat.

And boom your delicious coconut rice is ready!
