Sausage Pie

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Grease a shallow tart dish with a diameter of 22 cm and line with flaky pastry.

Cook the sausage in a little water until done. Let it cool slightly and cut into bite-sized chunks.

Heat the oil and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the bell peppers, courgettes and herbs. Sauté for 5 minutes longer. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the sausage and vegetable mixture onto the flaky pastry.

Beat the eggs, milk, chutney and tomato sauce together and pour over the top.

Bake for 50 minutes or until set in the middle.
