Take all ingredients on one platform then wash the Babu gosha and remove the skin then cut into small pieces now starting tadka take a Pan and keep it on medium flame

Then add oil and add cumin and mustard seeds then add cinemamum clove and star flower in it also add a curry leaves which gives good flavour to our sabzi after preparing tadka add ginger and chopped pieces of Babu gosha and mix it will

Then add other ingredients in it like jaggery powder,turmeric red chili powder, chat masala garam masala and salt as per taste then mix it will

Now add a water in it and keep a plate for 10 minutes after 10 minutes again mix it will see the water is totally evaporated then you can take sabji as it is or you can smash it with smasher but I like as it is

Serve it hot or cold with roti chapati aur bread it's tangi sabji
