In a pan put one table spoon oil and roast(saute)green capsicum for 5 minutes.

Now add mushroom and saute for 5 minutes and take it out.

In a pan Add 5 tablespoon butter and add onion paste and soute it.

Add garlic paste

In a mixer grinder put coriander leaves, green chili and Ginger, make a green paste and add into onion paste.

Now add tomato pury.

Add all spices salt, gram masala, fennel seed powder, paper powder, red chili powder.

Makeup paste of curd and cashew nuts.

Add it in the pan.

Soute it for 10 minutes cover it for 10 minutes and it's ready.
