  • 1 cupfinely chopped pears (babughosha)
  • 3 tbsp.sugar
  • 1 tbsp.lemon juice
  • 2 clovescinnamon
  • piecescardamom
  • 1/4 cupwater

    Peel the babughosha and cut it into small pieces. Take all the ingredients.

    Heat the pan and add the babughosha pieces And add sugar to it and mix well.

    After frying for a while, slowly add two to four (1/4 cup approx) spoons of water.
