Fry the onion over low to medium heat until soft. Add garlic and red chilli and fry for a couple more minutes.

Add the beef mince to the pan and turn the heat up. Break up and fry until brown.

Add all dried spices and mix together. Add tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, kidney beans and beef stock mix. Bring to the boil, turn heat to low, cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Add green pepper and return to a simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until soft.

Serve with rice, coriander or tacos and guacamole
