Cooking Instructions

Make a cut into the stem end of the eggplants, wrap each in plastic wrap and heat in a 500W microwave for 5-6 minutes.

Slice the eggplants into 8 pieces lengthwise, and marinate with "A" while still hot. Let cool in the fridge.

The flavour will soak in for a delicious taste.
