Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3Eggplants (small Japanese type)
  2. "A" ingredients:
  3. 2 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
  4. 1 tbspVinegar
  5. 1 tspSugar
  6. 1 tspSesame oil
  7. 1 dashChinese red chili pepper oil
  8. 1Minced leek

Cooking Instructions

    Make a cut into the stem end of the eggplants, wrap each in plastic wrap and heat in a 500W microwave for 5-6 minutes.

    Slice the eggplants into 8 pieces lengthwise, and marinate with "A" while still hot. Let cool in the fridge.

    The flavour will soak in for a delicious taste.
