Today I have made tasty delicious snacks barley flour biscuits bhakri. It's easy to make.
Steps

Take a bowl add all ingredients except ghee, mix it properly, flour should have crumbly texture and hold shape between hands. Now add little by little water to knead the dough and knead tight dough for bhakri. Keep aside for 15 minutes, so it will set properly.

Divide the dough equal portions and each portion roll it round small thick roti, cut out a small round shape disc with a katori.

Heat a nonstick tawa, place discs on it and cook on low flame 3-4 minutes for each side while pressing the discs gently with a roti press on both sides. Once golden brown, drizzle ghee on both sides and fry well. Biscuit masala bhakri is ready.

Serve hot with chai.
