Ingredients

30 mins
  • 250 mlchicken or fish stock
  • 1egg
  • 10 gsoy sauce
  • 10 gsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 100 gflour
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • Green onion
  • Shrimp or sausage or octopus for filling

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients listed except for the filling together

  2. 2

    Heat up your takoyaki pan, and pour batter into pan

    Put in any filling you’d like! And sprinkle spring onion on top

    Turn it halfway and fill with more batter

    Spin again once golden brown

    You can experiment with different fillings!! Even add cheese

    Put kewpie mayo and bonito flakes on top. Here I am using siracha kewpie mayo and furikake
