  • 2 cupsbajra flour
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1/4th cup water
  • 1 tbspoil+oil for frying
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcooking soda
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

    In a mixing bowl add bajra flour, salt, sugar,red chilli powder, ginger paste, turmeric powder,curds and oil. Mix well. Add soda and water and knead a soft dough

    Make small tikkis out of it with hands. Roll on sesame seeds and deep fry.
