Barley Peri Peri Dhokla

Take a mixing bowl,add barley flour and semolina.then add coriander leaves, ginger chilli paste, salt and mix well.

Then add curd,and mix well. Add peri peri masala powder also.
Now check consistency and use water gradually stirring well and bring it to ribbon consistently rest the better for 10 to 15 minutes. - 3
Now keep the steamer on along with water and stand in it.then add fruit Salt and mix it well.pour the batter in a plate.

Place the plate inside the steamer.
Cover the lid with a cloth.(to avoid water dripping 💦 on dhokla). - 5
Steam for 15 minutes on medium to high heat.remove the plate out of the steamer once cooked.and first cut Dhokla into pieces.

Now for tadka, heat up the pan and add oil, mustard seeds,sesame,add pinch of hing, some curry leaves and your tadka is ready.

Pour tadka on dhokla.and sprinkle peri peri masala powder.

Serve with green chatni.
