Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupRava
  2. 1/2 cupfresh pears purée (Indian pears) )(babugosha)
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tbspghee
  5. 1 tbspchopped dry fruits
  6. 1 tbspfinely chopped pears

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan add some ghee,add rava and roast it golden colour.

    Then add 1/2 cup water,add pears purée and mix it nicely, without lumps.cover it for 2 minutes.

    Then add sugar dry fruits. Add some ghee and cover it and steam it for 2 minutes.add 1 pinch of salt.and mix well. Add chopped pears, Halwa is ready to eat,garnish with dry fruits.and serve pears Halwa or Shira.
