Cut the mushroom pieces. Wash & squeeze the water. To make a paste of mustard seeds with 5-6 garlic clove, 2 green chilli, cumin seeds. Chop onion, garlic & tomato.

Heat a kadhei add oil put punchfuran crackle a bit than add chop onion garlic sauted till it's becomes golden brown add mushroom sauted till its water becomes dry.

Add salt, turmeric, & red chilli powder sauted a bit. Add tomato greenchilli & mustard paste saute d 1 mints.

Add 1 cup water & a dry mango piece. Cook on low medium flame 5 mints. Straw mushroom besar is ready.

Serve with a side dish of boild rice.
