Mix Veg Barley Flour Chilla

In a bowl, put barley flour, add semolina and besan. Mix well. Add litte water gadually in batter to make Chilla. Keep aside for at least 1 hour.

Now add salt, green chilli, ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, hing, and all veggies along with coriander. If needed, add a little water and mix well.

Heat a tawa, apply a little oil, and spread a chilla in a circle with he help of a ladle. Cook for a while. Apply oil all around circle, flip it when it turns golden brown. Cook well the other side, apply oil. Transfer in a plate. Make all chilla in same way.

Ready to serve hot and healthy chilla. Enjoy as a breakfast with hot masala tea and with red tomatoes garlic chutney and green chillies coriander chutney.
