Firstly boil vermicelli in water.
In the the time of boiling add one spoon oil and one spoon lemon juice. - 2
Then chopped two tomato 🍅,capsicum,mint leaves,chilli and onion.

After one boil strain it and keep aside.

Drain with cold water.
It's sticky Ness is goen away after adding cold water.

Then heat the kadhai and add one serving spoon butter 🧈 or oil.Then add hing,mustard seeds. When it Crackle add chopped vegetables and mix it well.

After two minutes add salt and,sugar.Mix Again.

Then add turmericand coriander powder,tomato sauce,pasta sauce and chilli powder. Mix every thing nicely.

Sprinkle lemon 🍋 juice.

Then add boiled vermicelli. Grate cheese. And mix it nicely.

Then again add pasta sauce again and sprinkle maggi masala.mix again then turn off the gas.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves or mint leaves 🍃 then serve 🔥
