Ingredients

  • 4 cupVermicelli
  • Water as per need for boiling
  • 1 spoonbutter or oil
  • 1 spoonlemon 🍋
  • 1onion
  • 2capsicum
  • 2tomato
  • some leaves of mint
  • 1 piecegreen onion
  • 3green chilli
  • 2 spoonlemon 🍋 juice salt
  • 1 packetMaggi masala
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 (3 spoon)tomato sauce
  • 2,3 spoonpaste sauce
  • 1-2 cubecheese 🧀
  • Chopped coriander leaves or mint leaves 🍃

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly boil vermicelli in water.
    In the the time of boiling add one spoon oil and one spoon lemon juice.

    Then chopped two tomato 🍅,capsicum,mint leaves,chilli and onion.

    After one boil strain it and keep aside.

    Drain with cold water.
    It's sticky Ness is goen away after adding cold water.
    But strain nicely.

    Then heat the kadhai and add one serving spoon butter 🧈 or oil.Then add hing,mustard seeds. When it Crackle add chopped vegetables and mix it well.

    After two minutes add salt and,sugar.Mix Again.

    Then add turmericand coriander powder,tomato sauce,pasta sauce and chilli powder. Mix every thing nicely.

    Sprinkle lemon 🍋 juice.

    Then add boiled vermicelli. Grate cheese. And mix it nicely.

    Then again add pasta sauce again and sprinkle maggi masala.mix again then turn off the gas.

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves or mint leaves 🍃 then serve 🔥
