Marinate the fish pieces with red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt, set aside

In a wok heat 4-5 Tbsp mustard oil and add the marinated fish, fry on medium flame, set aside

In the same oil add 2 whole red chillies, cinnamon stick and stir for few seconds, add onion paste, garlic paste and stir to cook for 3 mins. Add red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix to cook.

Add ginger paste, beaten yogurt and slit green chillies. Mix well, add Gondhoraj lebu zest.

Add Gondhoraj lebu leaves, mix and add 1/2 cup warm water. Cover to cook for 5 mins. Add fried fish pieces and add salt and sugar. Mix well

Add lime wedges and cover to cook for 1 min. Set aside

Serve with steamed rice and enjoy 😊
