Ingredients

  • 1 kgflour
  • 500ml
  • Coriander
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • cubesRoyco

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flour and water till they thicken.

  2. 2

    Cover the mixture and leave it for at least 1-2hrs

  3. 3

    Peel off your potatoes, cut into cubes, wash them, put them an a clean sufuria add a little water and salt then put on fire. Leave it to boil until soft, smash them, then add chopped onions, garlic, coriander and royco cubes until it's well mixed.

  4. 4

    Cut your dough in your desirable sized to start making the samosa covers, roll them and dry them in a low heat for, glue it with paste made from flour.
