Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds at first. Let them crackle before you add curry leaves and garlic cloves. Saute on a low heat until it changes it's colour a bit and smells good.

Now is the time to add chopped Pears and the rest of the powdered spices too. Mix well and let it cook for a good 10-12 minutes on a low heat until done. Don't forget to cover it with a lid.

At last after it's ready, squeeze some lemon juice into it. Mix and it's perfectly done. Serve this tantalizing chutney alongside rotis and steamed rice. Enjoy! Yum!
