Heat curd add dhokla flour to it, cover it and leave it to ferment for 6 - 8 hours.

Heat the steamer and grease the mould. Add salt and eno in it and mix it well.

Divide the kheera in 3 parts. Add Orange colour in 1 part. In another part add mint and coriander chutney and mix well.

Take out the moulds from steamer and firstly pour orange coloured kheera in it. Put it in the steamer for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes take it out and add plain white kheera and steam again for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes take it out and pour green coloured kheera on it and put it in the steamer for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes take out the moulds out and unmould the dhokla. Serve with tomato sauce or mint chutney.
