In a water add peeled & chopped apple & salt 1/2tsp n rest it for 15mints..

In a pot add water 2.5 cups then add sugar and cloves and cardamon food color and now mix well then sugar will i dissolve in water..

Then lemon juice and mix well.. then discard the water off apples then add it in this sugar syrup then stir well and close the lid for 30 to 35 minutes until it becomes soft and sugar syrup become thick

Then switch off the flame and allow it to cool then save it in the jar...
