Today I have made tasty delicious paratha stuffed with egg mixture. It's easy to make. It's taking lunch, dinner or breakfast.

In a pot blanched spinach in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Remove and transfer immediately into the ice water. Then squeeze it. Take a grinder jar add blanched, squeezed spinach and grind it into a smooth paste. Spinach puree is ready.

Take a bowl add wheat flour,oil, salt and 4-5 tbsp prepared spinach puree, mix it well and knead a soft dough with adding little water. Apply some oil on the dough,Keep aside for rest sometimes.

Now divide into equal portions. Dust some flour on the surface and flatten with the help of a rolling pin to make a thin round paratha. Heat tawa, place the paratha on it. Add some ghee and roast the paratha well from both sides until golden brown. Keep aside.

Arrenge all ingredients in one place. Grate the boiled eggs with the help of a grater. Keep aside.

Heat oil and ghee add chopped garlic, green chillies, ginger fry few seconds then add chopped onion, salt and fry them 2 minutes, add chopped tomato mix it well then add grated eggs, chopped coriander leaves, mix it well.

Now add chilli flakes, oragano and grated cheese, mix them lightly. Turn off the flame. Egg stuffing mixture is ready.

Take a plate, place the paratha and spread generously egg stuffing mixture on the paratha and fold it.

Garnish with boiled egg slice and serve with green laccha pyaaz salad.
