Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 cupuncooked couscous
  2. 2 stalkscelery chopped
  3. 2carrots shredded
  4. 2green onions sliced
  5. 1/2 cupdried cranberries
  6. 1/4 cupsliced almonds toasted
  7. 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  8. 2 tablespoonsZesty Italian dressing
  9. 2 tspDijon mustard

Cooking Instructions

12 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook couscous per package directions. place in a medium bowl, let cool.

  2. 2

    Stir in vegetables, cranberries, and nuts.

  3. 3

    Mix Mayo, dressing and mustard. Add to couscous mixture. Mix lightly.
