6 servings

1 cupuncooked couscous
2 stalkscelery chopped
2carrots shredded
2green onions sliced
1/2 cupdried cranberries
1/4 cupsliced almonds toasted
1/4 cupmayonnaise
2 tablespoonsZesty Italian dressing
2 tspDijon mustard

Cook couscous per package directions. place in a medium bowl, let cool.

Stir in vegetables, cranberries, and nuts.

Mix Mayo, dressing and mustard. Add to couscous mixture. Mix lightly.
