1/2 cupcoriander seeds
1 tspsahi jeera
1/2tsbp black pepper
1 tspanarnana (pomegranate)
1/2nutmeg
3cardamom stick
3bay leaf
3 inchcinnamon
3black cardamom (Mota exchange)
3,star anise
10,clove

Firsty take a pan roast bay leaf for 2 minutes. Then add all the ingredients and roast for 6 minutes

Now let it cool down (make it is completely cooled) now take a mixer jar and grind it into a fine paste.

And your biryani masala is ready.
