Roasted Sunflower seeds burfi

Roast sunflower seeds and peanuts separately. Then when it cools down, peel the peanuts. Now grind them in a mixer jar and take out a plate.

Now take sugar and water in a pan and dissolve the sugar and make a thick syrup like this.

Now add mixture in this syrup and mix well. Stir it continues.

Stir it until mixture thickens. Take out on a greased plate and spread it evenly.

After it cools little cut it and let it cool completely. Now ready for it take out the Pieces and serve it in a plate. enjoy it.
