Rajma in Gravy
Steps

Wash and Sock the Rajma for 3 Hours in hot water.
In the meantime cut the tomato,onion and crushed ginger garlic and chilli
Make other ingredients ready.
Boil the Rajma and Keep ready. - 2
In a pan add oil, add tempering ingredients,curry leaves and Bay leaf,cloves, cinnamon,dry red chilli.
Let it crackle properly.
Add onion, tomato, crushed chilli garlic ginger and saute till tomato gets softened.
Now add salt, chilli coriander and turmeric powder, mix well and add water.. - 3
When the water starts boiling,add boiled Rajma and cook again..
Lastly add lemon juice, kitchen king masala and Fresh coriander..
Keep the desire gravy then switch off the gas..
Transfer into a serving bowl.
Sprinkle coriander and serve hot..
Enjoy Rajma gravy with rice or Chapati..👍🏻😋
