Wash the broken rice and moong dal well.After that rub the rice well with the rice dal bay leaves,ghee,salt and turmeric powder.

After that add oil to the pan.When the oil is hot,add dry chillies and pachforan.After that, fry the carrots,tomatoes and potatoes well.Then grind the mixture of rice and wal in the well.Cover it with water.

After kneading for 15 minutes if the khichuri is smooth,take it down with ghee.The broken rice khichuri is ready. You can serve broken rice khichuri with a kochur bara.
