  • 1 cupbrown rice flour
  • 1 cupwater
  • Salt
  • 1tspn coconut oil

    If you have store brought brown rice flour, skip this step otherwise take 1 cup brown rice. Grind it. Keep it aside.

    Take a cup of water. Add salt and coconut oil. Let water boil. Add in the flour. Cover it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, open and mix it well. Divide the dough into equal portions.

    Roll it slowly. Roast it on the tawa and later on direct flame. Serve hot with pickle.
